My prediction is that all the current division leaders will stay that way. No one that's not Cleveland has any chance of going past Miami or Detroit, and the Cavaliers certainly won't go through both those teams. The exception to this may be Boston - Walker has been a huge help so far in his first two games back but I want to see more of him and the Celtics before I decide what their chances are.
If Miami comes out of the Eastern Conference they win the title. If Detroit does...I don't know, I would probably take San Antonio over them.
