The old lady finally thought she had meaning in her life because she corrected that person. But it shows the guy sending her an e-mail back saying she was wrong. I didn't understand it at first either just because of the word "dongle".Comment

I was confused also. At first I thought it was thought it was too good to be funny. You know, like Aaron Sorkin's Sports Night. But after having read Tank's summary of the humor, I find that the comic is quite unfunny. It has humor, but it's lacking that little something that actually makes me emote in the form of laughter, or even a smile. hmm... this reminds me of another funny joke from Family Guy.... You all know the one I'm thinking of...Originally posted by Tank101The old lady finally thought she had meaning in her life because she corrected that person. Kilga's was very funny though. I loved it.

It's not a bad concept.. But it's an old concept and other comics/tv shows/movies/whatever have executed it many a-times better than this one dilbert comic. Plus, I've seen this, more or less, in real life. So I guess that takes away from the funny. I still love Dilbert though..
The second comic shows the more.. funny side of Dilbert.Comment

That's part of what makes it funny. The stupid boss is something everybody can relate to, for example.Originally posted by KenzyaPlus, I've seen this, more or less, in real life.
And yeah, that first one wasn't funny at all. I had seen the 2nd before, though.
And you guys have to remember that Dilbert isn't the same kind of funny as like, Family Guy. They make different parts of your brain laugh. So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.
So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.
Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =OComment
