Flash Help (serious)

Alright, this one is for all you guys who are good at flash.

I am trying to help my friend with this, because it is a potential threat to his business.

We need to know how to disable ?appinstance=

He runs and sells Video chat room servers, so if everybody can make other instances of his rooms, it's a big big problem for him. He can't maintain the servers or manage the rooms.

Any advice would be greatly greatly appreciated.

Hmmmm...

I'm, not quite sure what you are talking about, and I don't know how much I will be able to help in this topic, but this is what I'm thinking, even though I'm sure your friend is smart enough to do this already...

When coding in actionscript, always link to objects and files localy by adding periods in your file names to refer ti files in a past foler, or just name the actual file if it's in the same folder... That will greatly decrease the chances of people copying the rooms, because before they can remake it, they will have to re-do all the actionscript in the Flash and make all the links external instead of internal...

You can run another instance named whatever you like if you go

In my friends case, people can essentially make an unlimited amount of chat rooms for no cost whatsoever.

I know the FFR chat has this disabled. I'm just wondering how.
