Yea...I didn't get the water fight...what the hell...they just stopped cause a droplet hit her cheek or something XD

And yea the beginning was dumb for that fight in the yellow forest. Actually that whole fight was dumb...just a bunch of leaf blowing and screaming and flying.

The part where they were dodging and stopping the like 1000000000000 arrows was pretty dumb too. She was like zomg my magic cloth will stop zem!

But yea, the sky fight was the best..and the rest of them i guess. The one against the king was alright I guess...too many weird noises though..weird grunts.

If I could stop arrows, I would wear a dress. Come on, now.

Sky fight? That was elite. Some of it, like where he was upsidedown was...weird, but acceptable.

Conclusions: Chinese were weird 2000 years ago. The movie has a SHITLOAD of symbolism. And Moon got TOALLY, 100% served.

      Ah ha ha, served.

question, do you correct people all the time on IM.
No, because IM'ing sorta requires you to type fast. On the forums you can take your sweet time. Better spelling makes for better reading.

Example: harry entared the chamber and he sed " who ru?"
Corecction: Harry entered the chamber and said, "Who are you?"

        Better.

Yea, the leaf part was just yelling and leaves blowing. At FIRST it was amusing, but after a minute or so it just lost it appeal. That happened a bit in the movie scenes, really cool fighting, just for too long. It also kind of annoyed me that we were seeing something happen 3 times, just with jet person on another side.

Edit: Was thinking of wrong person.....hehehe

Moon was hot. Therefore she got served.

And I forgot what else I was gonna say, cause I got caught up in an IM conversation.

            But, whatever.

Yes, unfortunately. Though I read extremely fast, so subtitles are never a problem for me if they are needed.

I didn't like it at all -_-. The plot was ridiculous, the double crosses, the same. I didn't like watching parts over and over and over and over again. The end was ridiculous. The lovers were idiots. Moon was hot. I kept waiting for the girl to serve Moon, but it never happened. It just didn't click with me. I really, really disliked it.

It was something in English, too. :O!
One way to say that is "hao." Not "how," but "hao."

I just came back from watching it. Heh. I liked how Moon got served...and owned in every single scenario. Kinda harsh but amusing. The screaming after a quiet cry was really unnecessary.

Oh, god, the movie was TOO full of AAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you ask me.

Too much high-pitched screaming on surround sound for my senses to take.

But the sound WAS pretty cool, when it wasnt all like AAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!.

Man, I LOVED the arrows scenes. Must've been boring as shit to 3d that XD. How repetative.

I really didn't like it that much.. I mean it took all the cool things about crouching tiger, the wire fighting, the cool symbolism, and great fight scenes, and tried to multiply them and make them grander to make them better, but failed in the process... The wire fighting was crazy, just too crazy.. too much flying, and walking on water... WAY TO MUCH SYMBOLISM.. and the awesome fights... well there wasn't really too many of those.. it was like they bled the symbolism and fighting together in every fight.. Just got annoying..

The sub-titles weren't at all hard to read while paying attention to the story, I actually felt the jist of the story was kinda good... All the lies, unconvered.. then him actually seeing the big picture, and not doing what he was suppowed to (don't want to spoil for who hasn't seen it)...

Over all it would get a 4/10... I would reccomend Crouching Tiger over this anyday..

He still should have done something 1337 with his hands at the end of the movie to block the arrows. That would have been better...or at least showed him with so many arrows in his body. BTW was any blood actually shown on screen besides that slow-motion blood drip?

That, and when the GUY gets stabbed by the NOT guy. After fucking Moon.

I thought he should have blocked the arrows, too. And like, walked away and shit. But whatever.

One more thing: Did anyone else find the trailer for this movie misleading? It's like advertising another storyline. @.@

Hah guys. I saw this movie a few years ago. In Chinese. I know some parts of it were cheezy here, but apparently not in China. The people who released it in the US were actually going to take out a scene or two because they were too Chinese (like when Moon screams after she kills Sword), but Quentin Tarantino made some sort of agreement with them. (That's why the movie has "Quentin Tarantino presents")

I saw it several months ago when the Chinese students association at my school showed the Chinese DVD version. I thought it was awesome, though it was no Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
