      OK, 50 miles a day. I ran 19 miles one day as part of my training (about 2 1/2 hours) and then promptly got home, drank about 70 ounces of gatorade, and fell asleep. I've been running consistently for over 3 years now.

      That guy is crazy.

              Well 8st is 112, then 10 more is 122...so he was down to 122 pounds. IT would be pretty hard to keep any weight on when you're burning that many calories a day.

              But yea, stone is a pretty dumb weight measurement.

                Mid/High 16s, 17s on tough cross country courses. I'll be a Jr. in HS.

                I'm aiming for low 16s as a senior.

                Next spring I'm hoping 9:10-9:20 for a 3k, but track isn't my forte.
