I rarely work out anymore..I used to weigh 130 about 2 weeks ago but since I've started my new job I've been eating properly again and been lifting a lot at work so I've put on 20 pounds and a little extra muscle.

That means you run at least 10 miles a day. Holy crap you're my physical hero.

It's not that much.

Mostly i'm just this way because my bones are light.

And yes, 10 miles a day, takes a bit more than an hour, but I try to mix it up a little, for example my last 4 days have been 13-9-12-11.

The vast majority of people that come here use the Imperial system of measurement. Gotta love how stubborn the US is.

Hence, if you want anyone to have the slightest clue as to what you're talking about, you stick with what everyone else is using. I've seen a few Canadian posters post their physical stats in the Imperial system already this thread, because they undrstand.

Also, I should mention I was 6'3" when I entered high school, and weighed about 210 lbs. I've lost roughly 40 pounds since then, and only grew an inch, over 4 years.
