How often do you wash your bedding/sheets?

OK the shower thread mostly got me worried on this so now I gotta know, how often are you washing your bedding?

I usually rotate out pillowcases daily because it helps keep my breakouts low (I mean assuming I don't pass out on my couch or something) and I usually wash the sheets themselves each 1-2 weeks, and then all the bedding like once a month unless I travel a lot during that month in which case I'm not using it anyway.

i wash my body pillow like once every few days

I only wash my actual sheets probably monthly, maybe a bit more often? And I rotate my pillowcase every week or two.

Sheets biweekly and pillowcases weekly, never had problems with breakouts though

This is what I do. Pillowcase every Sunday and pillowcase plus bedsheets every other sunday.

i'm too bad and lazy to do it on my own so i only do it whenever my mum comes over which is about monthly or so

Once a week - I usually just do them when I wash my clothes.

In respect to the thread, I never wash my sheets. equal rights, equal lefts

whenever my mum offers to wash them which is like once every 6 months on average

Every week or so my family does a big load of sheets and pillow cases and in they go! Depends on if I'm off on weekends from work
