I ate fuckloads of pizza on my birthday on Saturday. Today I had a slice of soya mozzarella cheese and crackers and a scoop of vegan ice cream and a scoop of peanut butter. Probably hit 300 calories -.- ugh
Yesterday I ate some lettuce with my parents homemade tomato sauce and ground pepper.
Unfortunately I’m not able to eat at work and I’m usually so busy and tired I don’t feel the hunger. And I don’t eat in the mornings so I basically just kinda munch out if I smoke weed - which I stopped doing.
I made a meal plan though! Hopefully this gets me back into eating and keeping my weight down. Might start a thread on that since it’s a 3 day meal plan!
lmao here u are being upset for eating 300 calories, when I literally hit like 1200 calories just from lunch lel

I honestly cant imagine something more horrible for your body, like lol being so tired from staying up etc that you dont feel hunger... ever consider that ur so tired because you get literally no nutrients at all LOL
