In order to posess things, you must earn them.

There are many ways to earn things. Example: You can study for that robotics test and earn the A+, or you can build a robot that tells you the answers without being caught and earn the A+.

If you gain posession of something, you earned it. If you lose it though, then you un-earned it. Stealing is an option in earning something. If you have the skills to get past sercurity with a stolen Manga or whatever with being caught, you deserve/earn it. But if you don't enough skill to cover up your tracks well, you may be caught later on and un-earn it.

Yeah, 2 wrongs don't make a right, but still. Like, Robin Hood was a hero, but he was a theif. I think some people believe in the "steal from the rich, give to the poor" mentality and they think stealing from greedy people will make up for how those greedy people obtained their wealth. Problem in that case is: the middle man keeps it. If we gave what we stole to the less fortunate, maybe it would be different, but stealing is wrong. (period)
