i had a really bad dream that my body went back to the way it was before, and i'm late with getting estrogen IRL and none of the pharmacies I tried have the injectable form of estrogen

(i don't know if you actually mean that but i want to take everyone seriously just in case)

is being myself really considered a first world problem? i'm not even talking about fulfilling my dreams, i'm talking about being able to be myself and express myself without having to keep how i really feel to myself

by the way i finally got estrogen but insurance didn't cover it so i had to pay about $225

I guess I'm just salty because my physical body gives me pain all the time including right now and so I'm coming at it from that comparison, it pisses me off to think someone is feeling broken because their natural-state, presumably relatively painless body, isn't good enough for them

We're lucky to live in the time and era we do. I'm glad we/society can help you to feel whole.

I feel better and then I will feel worse again, my autoimmune disease isn't going anywhere though. I'm more free now than I can recall being though, so I'll take it.
