first one was tsutter and basically all of the main userbase of ODI getting permabanned for some really obscene shit. this spawned the whole "free tsutter" campaign (i think this was around when kilga was tgb mod). ODI basiclaly spawned from this mass ban and its main users being fed up with FFR's users. Additionally, ODI became involved in a ddos attack on stepmaniaonline which killed its servers (and subsequently never really went back up).

August 11, 2011 one was me and some kbo peeps flooding threads with nasty shit, which started with suwakopenis.jpg in tgb. I was rly drunk one night and I posted a picture of a 2hu girl next to a giant veiny cock. I got banned for 6 months for posting pornography, but then I took out my like 10 alt accounts and with some other people we just went full degenerate and posted a bunch of porn all over chit chat. Needless to say we all got permabanned.

Then dumb shit like this would get posted, and if someone posted any free kommi stuff they'd get banned for a week

Sprite called me a suckup for writing a letter of apology to get unbanned LOL

Wow, I didn't know what the deal was with ODI. I just remember having an account there on 2008 and when I got banned before my JHM AAA, I logged in one day and was greeted with a screen of flashing smiley faces with a bowl of poop and the text "YOU'RE FUCKING BANNED" -- with HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN TO MEEEE playing in the background.

Also WookE trolling Icyworld about making some video and when someone posted my Vertex Gamma score, he got banned. I was the notorious "young strapping lad", haha

I got trolled and pretty much deserved it actually, I had done a few things that just screams noob really: I compiled and posted I think 3 packs of files from already existing packs, posted that huge wall of cmods and xmods to "help" others in a community that already knew what they were doing, and overall just being 14 and wanting attention and recognition when I had no place there to begin with. When I got trolled I didn't handle it well and put that list of cmods and xmods into my forum signature, cluttering up everywhere I had posted with a very obnoxious thing to scroll over, and then I got banned. And then I ban dodged and got banned again in the witch hunt. I was a little shit lmao

There's probably more that I'm missing too, I remember someone pointing out that I uploaded too many vids to YouTube instead of just uploading less but better ones, other than that I can't think of much else

There's also a lot in legendary threads that made a moment in history for FFR, good example is the darkshark threads.

Also I vaguely remember, yet lost to time, there was one official tournament while Nois-or-e was still admin, and there was someone in D4 that had a separate account prepared for himself in D1. I forget who it was that did it, I think it was either Reshiram, or Zekramcross, but they were caught because they carried the same setups across accounts. The official thread lost their fucking mind for like 10 pages and there were no moderators online to handle it. Had like 150+ people screaming in there, and that was like 2012, 2013 as well. All the content was deleted as soon as nois-or-e came home that night.

I did cheat like a little bitch back in like 2006-2008, but you�re thinking of Zekramcross for sure on that one. 2012 was the year I made top 8 in D5 and Tarrik botted RRR, and I thiiiiiiiink that was the D4/D1 duality year too? Couldve been 2013. Also don�t forget YoshL cheating on Music for Kirby the year before lol

Oh man, on that cheating note, I forgot what a douche I was back in the days when I went by Ravia. Especially with the Stepmania scores I j3�d/0.9x�d. I think Tasselfoot actually threatened multiple times to permaban/blacklist me before he made his move to kongelgrate

Thread dies down a bit due to hype of final round, but once it ends the file is swapped with some 4 note thing (touch my tralala mix?) and the truth is revealed about the batch bypass.

There was supposed to be an internal batch between all of the simfiling staff (plus Jae, who was hosting the tournament). This file was present in that batch and was intended for the tournament. However, it was supposed to be reviewed by other staff members within that batch. The original version (the "92" rated file) was apparently rejected because of extremely abrasive patterns. After toning the file down significantly, the file was submitted again and was rejected from one person, and not looked at by the other. The file still ended up in game.

I was curious as to how this file got in game, so I naturally asked bmah and JX, who are the normal batch heads, and they gave me the information. Essentially, this file's second version skipped the judgment process (which mentioned before, was one reject and one N/A) and didn't receive adequate review before being put in game. Hopefully, this file should have to be sent in the next batch along with other people's files and be reviewed like any other file.

(I'm also making a chart for this, it happened after listening to the song for the first time in headphones + 320 Kbps, so there could very well be two of the same song in a batch to be judged, and I'm actually feeling pretty good about my version, haha.)

Not as much stink made in this thread as I remember, but the file was disabled and wasn't seen again until TC_Halogen submitted his own version and got it properly accepted through the batch (unlike nois).

Also there were a bunch of unofficial and physical prizes that were never actually distributed

The 7th Official Tournament concluded on September 2nd and while tokens have been handed out, physical prizes like the SessileNomad albums, stickers, and other user-promised prizes were never given out. In addition to this, it was said that the postage would be taken care of by Sprite- on the 26th of September, and he is no longer available due to other priorities.

It has been over three months since the promise of prizes with constant updates requested, but said updates were never received. With that being said, I am removing the sticky on this thread. It can be assumed that the prizes won't be handed out at this point.

A few of these items were promised delivery, or were in the possession of nois as well. Basically, a real ball drop that year for him.
