As many of you know, probably hearing it from arch, there was an SM tourney held on the 25th of this month. Luckily, t3naciousmonk from DDRInfinity and I both made it to the tourney from our town and got to experience both days of it. The first day held the Standard Tourney, S4R (Sudden Shuffle Flat), and an attempt at a stepmania tourney, which was put off until the next day because of only 4 signups. The 2nd day held the Heavy Tourney, Doubles Tourney, Stepmania Tourney, and the Challenge Tourney. Doubles tourney had some of the most insane double scores I've ever seen (Such as one person getting 2 greats FC on Colors Oni), and Challenge tourney had some interesting feats such as getting as close to 59 goods as possible on .59 heavy while still passing. In the Stepmania tourney, 90% of the songs I had never even heard of before, which is probably why I got 4th and Angelo (toastercookie) places 1st.
