                                          might be okay to forgo the honey with your tea, but i think lemon is by far the best kind of tea for a throat. green tea or something fruity and herbal if you don't have that.

                                          i just have a bottle of lemon juice and heat up some water and mix that in. and yeah jello is a good food too
