It's free.. it's a simple project by some GUY.. there's not really a team behind it..

So it'll be PC.

Gamecube it looks. It uses the C stick.

And just because its some GUY doesnt mean it can't get into Gamecube. I've heard of someone names Tom(http://newgrounds.com), he made a game called Alien Hominid, and its going to be in Playstation and possible Gamecube.

So it is possible it will be on Gamecube, just not under the Nintendo code.
