Snorlax is still awesome. He just puts u to sleep then eats you. My lineup, if I remember correctly, was something like Pigeot, Blastoise, Venasaur, Charizard, Mewtwo, Snorlax. I'm not sure about the Pigeot, though; I could be wrong. Like I said, I'll go check later.

So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.
So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.
Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O -
You used a Pidgeot? You lose.
My opinion: Get a Mew, it can learn any TM or HM because the only use I see for a Pidgeot is 'fly'ing.Afrobean16 (8:58:05 PM): you're evil incarnateComment

I only played Pokemon Blue.
Also, I captured hordes of Missingno. and they never did squat diddly to me. I just used them to freak out people when we battled or something.
I lost my Pokemon Blue (RIP) and I'm going to borrow my friend'sRed version soon and build up my mew/missingno. armies again.Comment

MWAHAHAHA, that was one of the most fun things I've ever done in Pokemon, show my friend my Missingno.. They'd say "That thing's gonna fuck up my game, you'd better get rid of it," and I'd respond with "Nah, I'm going to let it kill your save file first."
And that's how I bought my Blue version.Afrobean16 (8:58:05 PM): you're evil incarnateComment

I too only played Blue, and I have no idea how one would go about getting a Mew. I'm pretty sure you need a Gameshark (I don't have one) or you have to trade (and I knew very few people who played enough to get a Mew). And like I said, I'm not sure about the Pigeot. Doesn't matter, anyway. I never had to go past Snorlax and Mewtwo while fighting

There used to be an old trick, use Strength on a certain truck and you'd get to fight a lvl ??? Mew. I found out how to work that trick and I got it once.... Then I used Gamshark for my army of Mews (lvl 5 when you catch them with the code).Originally posted by evilbutterflyI too only played Blue, and I have no idea how one would go about getting a Mew. Snorlax is only good as a Hyperbeam-using meatshield, which is why it's awesome.Afrobean16 (8:58:05 PM): you're evil incarnateComment

Please don't hate me.Comment

How can we hate you Moogy?
I still have a box full of them (got it for free from a cardstore owner who was getting out of Pokemon) that weighs like 10 pounds. The estimated value of all the cards was $190 a year ago. They're all commons and uncommons.Originally posted by KagomeI still have a collection of cards in my closetAfrobean16 (8:58:05 PM): you're evil incarnateComment

I have a 3 inch binder FILLED completely with pokemon cards, and the binder itself wont even shut anymore. I've got probably $1,000 worth of cards just because of all the rare ones i had.

Missingno. (I ommited the period before because I didn't want people to think that was the end of the sentence) can mess up your save file. Even if your save file doesn't get erased, just seeing him makes your hall of fame glitched. Also, Charizard has always been able to learn both flying and some ground moves if I remember correctly. Also I believe you're all forgetting about ▇M'▇ (or whatever his name was), the crappier version of Missingno.
And to evilbutterfly: it's already completely out of style.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! HAHA! Like I care about my Hall of Fame, I'm in there over a thousand times and it only gets screwed up WHEN YOU CAPTURE ONE. If you have one prior to battling the Elite Four, then you're pretty much immune to its data-destruction (because my Hall of Fame was perfect last time I saw it).Originally posted by AfrobeanMissingno. Charizard can't learn ground moves in Red and Blue (except MAYBE earthquake, but it can't learn dig and other ground moves that I taught to Missingno.), and if it can, I'd still rather have a Missingno. because random pixels are cooler than something that actually has a form.
The only thing that got screwed up when I had my Missingno. was the Missingno. itself. It kept turning into a box, then a Rhydon, then some other things.
That other thing, ▇M'▇, I ran into once and it doesn't do anything (or I didn't figure out what it did). Although it looks like a Missingno., it wasn't a crappier version of Missingno.. It was a different Pokemon that few even knew about.Afrobean16 (8:58:05 PM): you're evil incarnateComment
