18 RB:P im busy withs chool and dont wanna go see a doc. Tbh what tarrik says about his pinky i feel just about nailed it. I notice when i play and focus on keeping my pinky in it does not hurt but when the files get hard and i dont focus on my pink anymore it does hurt.

I strongly suggest you lose the mindset of "I'm too busy" when it comes to your health, take it from someone who's had to deal with shitty health situations because I put it off too long.
Would you rather end up just catching something early and spending like an hour at a dr or end up having to possibly get surgery and being out for longer?

chronic pain is NEAT just ask my brother he's been struggling with his shoulder for like 2 years over something that probably could have been fixed if he went to the doctor right away

I'm going to see if paying attention to hand position helps. if so i will likely buy a brace if I can't permanently change my hand shape when i play to hold my pinky and ring finger in instead of sticking out. Almost not pain if i play with those fingers in, which is why i do now think it was a strain of the muscle of tendon. If it doesnt get better within a week i will see a hand doc. But I've been to many a hand doc and they usually always say the same thing (from climbing experience), "we can give you a brace but really you need to just not use it for a while" and well, lets face it, im not not playing ffr for a while

Yeah not a good idea at all. Take a break for a few weeks or so and if the pain persists then, you really need to see a doctor. I've had to take a month off once already due to my wrist. It still hurts at times but not like it used to. A long break can work miracles. Either you can stop now and most likely fix your pain or keep going and possibly do permanent damage.

It's probably tendonitis, I was diagnosed with it and I get the same pain in my right hand. If you want to PM me I can give you some stretches that REALLY help with the pain. They hurt a bit, but are totally worth it.
