there's not much to criticize (facially) for this one, plastic surgery + makeup + photoshop takes care of nearly everything, but uhhh

eyebrows could be thicker toward the middle to have that taper effect

upper lip and lower lip are disproportional, upper lip needs to be bigger and lower lip smaller for better symmetry

body fat does also, for example his ear looks like it's wedged into his head but that's probably an effect of his body fat percentage.

lip pucker facial expression makes lips artificially thin
