        Sounds like a money-grab if you ask me.
        Hell, except for like 10 seconds, you can't even tell that it's PSY, and even then he just says "hangover" a billion times on a terrible autotuner. Snoop carried the song. Doesn't even have a goofy dance.
        I kinda like PSY but this was shit.

                                    The chord progression that plays like 2-3 times in the song is really well thought imo. Overall I find it decent but I totally agree that Snoop carried big time in terms of vocals, and the mix vocals-instruments just sounds weird to me. Instruments though sound ok and really make the song kinda unique.
