It takes five minutes at most to create a new forum
stop massaging your bruised nipples over the possibility that it won't gel your obsessive sense of categorization/organization and make the forum already
there shouldn't be a debate about this, this isn't an action that needs staff debate, there are literally no consequences for being wrong
holy fucking shit how do you run forums this ineffectively

lol why do you care so much bro? Why FFR anyway? Can't you just use some other forum if you care so much????
do what you like but srsly you're acting childish. It's not like it has to happen just because you want it to. Grow up. What I suggested isn't hard you know.
there isn't any reason to not have made the forum already other than being the forum equivalent of a neat-freak; the admin interface is extremely simple to use and if you have to deliberate on the issue then something is wrong with the way you handle things and you need to fix it
I know that the staff are capable of acting quickly because of how quickly they hand out bans. so, I'm judging by that standard of action-quickness.
hey, how about this. admin me and I'll create the forum in five minutes if you're having trouble doing it on your own.

you obviously didn't think about this very much, because this rationale could be used to delete chit chat and every other forum on ffr besides those directly related to ffr the game since you can discuss that subject matter elsewhere
the obvious context you're missing is that people aren't fungible; there is a specific group of people who wants to discuss that subject matter with an equally specific group of people
whether someone 'cares' is beyond the point -- people are still responding because of what they see as incredibly bad reasons for not having acted on this user desire already.

You're forgetting "Decided it wasn't needed" as a reason. Just because it is quick/easy doesn't mean it MUST be done. If you create enough subforums, you might as well have none, as the subject line of the thread is as useful as the name of the hundredth subforum.
They've got an organizational idea around "how many" is a good number of forums to contain every major type of thing, without getting too crowded, and you disagree with them on where that number is.
Also your word choice seems to suggest you were implying -I- was "having trouble doing it on my own" here...you realise I'm not actually an admin right now yes? Or was this just another generic statement that was actually directed at somebody but not really, because ambiguity is just how you roll?

...haha
here's an idea: did you ever think that staff has no interest in adding a subforum like that because it holds no pertinence to the site's interest itself? With the exception of the AMA subforum which in my personal opinion really shouldn't have existed at all (and maybe the Homework & GI subforum if you really want to get technical), all of the other subforums have FFR (or a potential component of) in mind. What does fitness have to do with FFR as a site, and why is it such an integral component to have it as its own subforum on the boards?
My more serious, less harsh question to everyone else interested to this:
What do you guys seeing the Fitness subforum potentially bringing to the site that makes it important to have on the forums at such a visible level? Why does it have to leave the scope of a thread to be a subforum of its own?
