Randomized is where the ROM is changed up so you find Pokemon you wouldn't normally find in a given area. For example, in Route 1 you might find a Dratini instead of a Rattata. Exactly what Pokemon are found where depends on the starting seed.

Ironically, M4 is a better lead than Hariyama, particularly vs. Sidney. Yeah, super effective and all, but Intimidate is denying them the one-shots they need to conserve their resources. Plus, then they're set up well to take on Phoebe, hits Glacia's Glalie neutrally, and can potentially bum-rush through at least Drake's Shelgon. They got lucky with Tentacruel having a hidden power type that Wallace is weak to, so that's gonna be huge if and when they get past Drake.

We all know just how hard it is to change our lead, plus we switch mons quite often because were in shift mode, not set.

They're on Drake now. Someone had the bright idea to use Rollout on Glacia, and now they have Mightyena at half for their lead, M4 at 2/3, Vileplume for death fodder, and Tentacruel and Graveler ready to go.

this could be teh urn, now if they could only manage to start the battle.

edit: Wallace wins. Tentacruel unable to break through a +4 sdef Whiscash, but managed to survive two earthquakes before hyperbeam finished it. (Also, HP confirmed electric?)

Hahahaha holy shit. Down to Tentacruel vs Gyarados, we surf Gyarados to 45% while Gyarados uses Dragon Dance twice. Third turn (we selected hidden power, which would have been super effective) CRITICAL HIT EARTHQUAKE OHKO
