20 euros a week for plenty of healthy foods. All I drink is tap water and tea.
You needn't spend more than that. Make sure to plan your meals well, and have some food with you at all times. You don't need to pre-make anything, if you think that's a drag. I myself always have half a bread with me, along with things like cheese, peanut butter or tuna.
I also tend to take a portable water heater with me so I can make tea while working somewhere. This way I don't lose money on buying overpriced coffee at a coffee machine.
You can also try to plan meals around what happens to be on sale. If you can then also make sure to not waste money on useless snacks, then you will have a lot of money left over for relatively more important things.
