You know the lyrics to your song are bad when they're the only point of it; thet's what I got listening to this. It's even better when it criticizes itself in one line (it sucks). I don't know which is worse, the fact that no one in it sounds like they were trying to make something listenable, the fact that Justin Timberlake promoted it...or the fact that someone listened to it.

This was so bad that it scared away my sheep mask. I don't know if that's a good thing...

Are you sure it wasn't just the fact that Rebecca Black was like 13 or 14 at the time. Maybe I just have a hard time calling anyone younger than my sister (who herself is almost 10 years younger than I am) attractive.
