I use the same as Garquillex, Diamondback 3G. Boy is it a great mouse...

I remember I used to hate this mouse. I thought it was forcing me into a dumb way of moving the mouse, but I learned to love it (I pivot my wrist to move horizontally and retract/protract my fingers to move vertically)

it's just a bit hard to find a good mouse for this style. I can't buy another Diamondback anywhere.

current options are the Roccat Savu or the Zowie ec1/ec2/fk/am

Razer DeathAdder. I've had it for over a year and I love it. It's the perfect size for my hand and doesn't have a lot of extra bullcrap.

I got a wireless xbox controller receiver for my computer. Now I just use a wireless xbox controller as a PC media controller when I'm on my couch. Probably more convenient than a mouse anyway.
