Most of the old staff is completely gone now and probably weren't part of this issue. The only people that really issue bans anymore are like bmah, sometimes Chaz when he's around and Zag I guess with me being gone. Since the infraction system has been put in locals do have the power to give these out and I didn't see anyone ever give out one without explanation or that wasn't merited thus far. I just don't want to see bagging on a system that hasn't done any wrong yet. I think it's a good idea doing the infractions rather than outright bans. It sends the person the post they got the infraction for in PMs making this better than just banning since the posts aren't shown to the user that way.

I was never talking about infractions being detrimental or a bad thing, but rather reasons they are handed out being clear and concise, and the use of them with larger populations and how professionalism at this sites size being a high necessity. Re-enforcement, and letting my opinions out, as I freely can. Whether its occured or not I just responded as I was responded to and kept relevant discussing what responses to my posts said.

The reasons have been clear thus far, hence why I don't even know the reason this was brought up. People are bringing up old bans that really have nothing to do with the new system. If people were giving nonsense reasons with this system that would be different, but everything I've seen (aside from the test infractions) have all been clear.

Anyway, once the system is how they want it to be (I'm not sure if the final tweaks are done or not) there probably should be an announcement that goes up and better explains the points and how they work. Most times people have been giving out 0 point warnings to users. Right now I think that the people using the system have done a good job and I think the current staff is good with giving the right reasoning behind the infractions given.

Sorry but when it comes to someone who doesn't care about the site and is just constantly coming around ban evading a permaban to cause issues with other users I'm not inclined to care to give them a descriptive reason when they already know what they're doing. Which I think is pretty much how most of the moderation feels about it.

I always put evasion account on the ban evade accounts personally, but frankly yeah typing out some drawn out response to someone like Attractive or Anaru who are constantly ban evading is pretty much pointless and exactly what they want to do, waste the time of staff.

i cant speak for anaru because i dont even know who that is, but i can assure you that wasting staff time is not what i intend to do or have ever intended to do. The only reason you think like that is because you are only thinking about it from your own perspective. Your time being wasted is the necessary consequence of your refusal to reexamine the circumstances of how i got banned. I've tried to talk to you and you refused to listen. I just wish the mods would leave me alone, i dont like getting banned, its a pain in the ass and a waste of time. There are so many accounts with such good names that got banned... you think i want to get banned? you think im here just for you? I'm not, i just want to post and sit in prochat like anybody else. yes, i have a tendency to speak my mind and my opinions are often not popular, and that makes me an easy target, especially for the people who pay more attention to my reputation than my actual behavior, but do you really think i dont care about the site? if i didnt care, wouldn't i have left already?

you should have waited out your initial ban or made an actual appeal instead of doing the opposite and getting urself the horrible reputation that you have somehow managed
