My sister adopted him a week ago. His name is Blaze. 6 years old. 17 pounds. He's the fattest cat we've ever had, haha. He's really nice though.

Seeing your cat brings back memories of one of my old cats, Montgomery. He looked exactly like your cat but with bright green eyes. We didn't know anything about urinary tract infections in cats, so we missed all the warning signs, and he died while we left on a weekend trip. We found him dead in the basement when we got home.

Okay, so after my sister adopted Blaze, my family also wanted a dog too. So they adopted Sammy or "One-eyed Sammy" yesterday. He's really nice! He's also blind in his right eye hence the nickname.

This is my new dog Sammy the first day I met him. He seemed to like me, and we watched TV together.


We brought him camping with us this weekend, and it was storming, and he's afraid of storms, and I am too actually, so at that time, he put his whole head on my lap. I didn't feel scared with him there, and I'm sure he felt the same way.


I know I've only known him for a few days, but I'm probably closer with Sammy than any other dog we had, and I love him already.
