after a discussion with the ddr room host, he mentioned interest in setting up an FFR corner with projectors. He told us to contact him through gundam-dude if we had any suggestions or ideas. I think if even more members from FFR show up next year, it'd totally be worth it. We were basically the majority in that room at any given time. FFR pannel might seem like a long shot though, but since Gundam-Dude & co. started making this an annual meetup spot, it might be a possibility in the next few years (assuming people on here are still active and interested in the game, which I hope will carry on for a little while).

I feel terrible, guys. I'll reiterate the whole thing: I had surgery that ranked up $4k and my family wasn't prepared to pay for it, tears were shed, etc.

At the same time, Isaac had family issues as well and felt sad for a while, and Stian dropped it then proposed to have a meetup in my hometown instead. Isaac took up the idea, but then Stian had an opportunity to go to Japan. I told Byron and he's currently looking for airplane tickets. Isaac is coming over to stay at my house for 2 weeks starting June 8th.

I've also been busy with school work and working my ass off to get my diploma (which sadly is a year overdue), but the point is I got it now and I'm currently applying for a college in Massachusetts. The good thing is that I could get a job there, and instead of flying I could try driving there for next year. So money might not be a problem assuming I move August and start working at a job asap.

I'm glad you all had fun though. Insanely jealous, no lie. I hope you guys will understand and I'll try my best to get myself and my group to go next year.

I mean lurker of all people showed up. he chilled with everyone and it was hella baller. he didn't come just for one person and neither should anyone. it's such a huge event and this year was made even better with the turnout.

tbh i had talked to 0 ppl on skype that were going before AN this year until about a month before so i was reluctant/nervous as fuck at first to go but still went and GLAD that i did. best weekend of 2013

What other options were there? From what I have seen in this thread, rooms were either booked or only had one other person remaining which wouldn't work out for me seeing that my gf also wanted to go. Also, the OP lacked updates.
