How does that make me dumb as shit. As someone who doesn't smoke weed I can tell right away when someone is because I'm not use to the smell like all of you. I used to deliver pizza's so I was always driving around and I could smell weed from the street passing by certain houses. If everyone who smoked was allowed to smoke publicly then everything would smell like weed.

I had a talk with Slayer over this and we came to the conclusion that you shouldn't legalize it (lololololol tax the shit out of it) or keep it the way things are (and crowd the tokers in with other criminals, stuffing the jails to the gills).
The best solution would probably be decriminalization. Don't overcharge for it (because Congress loves cock-blocking the other party too much to get anything fucking done), don't keep it the way it is. Just take the law off the books in the various states.
