Despite your DBZ avatar, I will explain it to you.

Sun-Tzu made this book, called The Art of War.

It is by far the ultimate How-To book in leading an army to victory. Everything it says can be translated to any situation. I could use it to win a game of Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2.
If I was a general, I would put the book under my pillow every night in hopes that the Victory Fairy would come.

In the practical art of war, the best thing of all is to take the enemy's country whole and intact; to shatter and destroy it is not so good. So, too, it is better to recapture an army entire than to destroy it, to capture a regimen t, a detachment or a company entire than to destroy them.

No. In Starcraft you kick the crap out of the enemy, down to the last Supply Depot or Creep Colony. No bloody capturing. Sun Tzu is also too big of a "waiting-game" man to be any good at Starcraft. Specforces is the clear winner of this match.

That is your strategy. I find capturing quite efficient.

Take, for example, Command and Conquer: Generals.

I can let my 80-man Chinese army blow up the building sky-high, or I can capture it, sell it for extra cash, and the soldier who captured it gets a level-up. Which is more efficient?
