Itching skin
Excessive thirst
Frequent urination
Leg pain
Dry mouth
Weakness or fatigue

Intestinal parasites including tapeworms don't tend to give many symptoms, and pretty sure rapid weight loss isn't one of them unless accompanied by diarrhea.
There are also other diseases which do have weight loss as a symptom, such as certain types of cancer
