Re: anyone got any weird injuries?
Back when I was a percussion major for 2 years, I was a dumbass and didn't space out my practicing well enough. When I started, my left hand wasn't near as consistent as my right was, so I would spend hours and hours each day without breaks just doing left hand exercises. This caused me to get RTI and I had to take physical therapy the following summer to stop the constant shaking and pain. To make a long story short, the shaking and pain went away, but my wrist still cracks like crazy if I rotate it (it actually starts to hurt if I don't crack it after awhile). Feelsbadman.jpg
