You forget to factor in humidity and wind. 40F in the Tampa bay area sucks ass pretty bad because we constantly have wind AND it's always humid, even in winter. That jacket you're wearing? ****ing useless. Shit bites through a pretty damn good leather jacket I wear at ~30. And heaven forbid it rains, snow would be much preferable to getting drenched in that shit.

saskatchewan gets temperatures of -40 in the winter, sometimes -50. it's around the same in fahrenheit too so yeah

this year we've had some funny weather tho. all of our snow is melted now.. but other years we get snow in may.

anything on the atlantic coast is always colder. 50F is quite nice up here, regardless of season. winds are quite frequent and we just have sex to keep warm
