    i heard once that a more traditional degree like comp sci will do you better than a focus like game design/dev. and also, don't settle for certificates.
    Yeah I'm pretty much steering clear of this college I'm glad I put a stop to it before I actually dived right in. I researched a little and it's better to get a bachelors degree and then applying for a college like ucf or usf which seem better on a resume than a paid for certificate.

      The golden rule: If a school has to advertise on television, they're not worth your time.

        Yeah, general degrees are usually a safer bet in the long run, since you aren't confined to a very specific course of work.
