Hey, uh, a question for you guys about the Entralink:

I know you go there to get Pokemon you meet in the DW onto your game, but what's all this shit about "linking to other people's worlds"? It's apparent enough that you have to be in the main ring around the island to warp to it (effectively shutting off access to those that haven't reached Nimbasa yet), but I think you need to be in IR communication range with someone? Please help.

(Also, Remedy, I've got an Unfezant with Big Pecks, but female and perfect speed IV...Judge said so. Might be useful to you.)

Yes, it needs to be within Infrared / Wireless communications range in order to access their world.

As anti-hax as possible. Magic Guard Reuniclus/Sigilyph works for this, as it is immune to all passive damage (burn, poison, spikes, sand, hail) and the former, while quite slow, is no slouch when it comes to taking a hit, as Caitlin has hopefully taught you.

I've only done the regular Singles; farthest I've gotten is 19.

I have a question for the Pokemon players on here

I have a team set up at the moment in the middle of SoulSilver which are these (ignore the Pokemon themselves, I know of Vulpix's high Special Defense stat and how its useless on Fire-types and any other small dilemmas found on the team. I did it because I wanted to play through the game with a totally different team):

Meganium (Grass) Level 40
Skarmory (Steel/Flying) Level 30 [being leveled up at the moment]
Vulpix (Fire) Level 39 [also being leveled, trying to get everyone to 40s before 8th gym]
Pupitar (Rock/Ground) Level 40
Amphados (Electric) Level 40

My question is what 6th Pokemon type would most evenly make this team overall more balanced? I'm not asking for any Pokemon in particular that are "the best". I'm asking which type would be the most beneficial for this team with the types listed.

I don't have any moves on them that are of any other type besides the types listed (Vulpix has Confuse Ray and Pupitar has Dark Pulse, only exceptions; Skarmory has two normal moves that he hasn't leveled out of yet).

Haha nah that's ok. I have a perfect speed IV on a ditto and the power item to send down speed so I'm good. If anyone has a ditto with either max HP, Def, or SpA though, I'd trade for that. I need those and I don't want to go on a ditto catching spree again. Stupid uncommon dittos in this game.

ferrari, you need a water. It's generally a good offensive type anyway. Starmie has always been one of my absolute favourites, you can have a nice special sweeper, especially for in-game. Starmie with Tbolt/Ice Beam/(Surf/Hydro Pump)/Recover will dominate in game.
