There's this one warp zone where the bandages are in mid air in plain sight but I can't jump high enough to get them. Wtf. I think it's world 3.

Otherwise, this game gets tough as nails in the dark world of ch. 4. Holy **** I'm dying a lot. Also started chapter 5, pretty cool.

100% world 1 + 2 now, and started trialing ch. 2 for those interested. Put up times for all light world levels, some are pretty near optimal, others can be improved massively. Started trailing ch. 2 dark levels, but only did like 8 of them.

Finished chapter 5. Chapter 5 light world was actually really easy compared to the dark world of ch. 4. Some of the dark levels in chapter 4 are ****ing retarded (those black mouth missiles that explode into mini missiles make me want to shoot myself in the face, omg). Hoping Ch. 5 dark isn't as hard as ch. 4 dark rofl.

Hai dere, I'm a Meat Boy enthusiast so anyone that wants to add me on steam can do so, the nick is naturally "sp1nzoK". I speedrun levels often and only with meat boy so far, I wish they would seperate the leaderboards for characters but I guess I'll have to suck it up and start using the optimal runners for each levels later on.

Ch. 5 dark is the first "really" hard dark world, I'm working on it now - beaten like 15 levels, one isn't A+.

Got 7-20 left of the light world, should just get it over with. -3, -5 and -6 world (which I haven't even unlocked yet) remain of the glitch worlds.

Everything seems pretty easy when it comes to bandages and dark worlds.

But when it comes to impossible, The Guy warp zone has to be the hardest level in the entire game.
The first level I can usually get through, but for now I am stuck on the 2nd part. Not because it's to hard, but because of sudden crashes that happen out of nowhere during some random part.

It makes me so mad every time it happens.

100% on chapter 1, 95% on chapter 2 (missing a bandage), and A+ til 3-7x with like 1917 deaths lmao I sux at this

Found 'The guy' warp zone. Oh my god lol.

I actually started beating some of the negative levels, but this is crazy. I actually got to the very end of the first level after only a few minutes but hit the spikes on the ceiling at the end and then rage quit LOL. Hopefully the next 2 levels are...easier? :P

I absolutely hate the negative levels. Good job to anyone who passes them because they make me rage quit literally every time I play them.

I beat 'The Guy' warp zone and unlocked the character ^^

Surprisingly...easy? Took about 50 minutes.

First level took maybe 5 minutes. I didn't mind this level much...it's pretty technical but you don't have to be annoyingly precise. Don't use the run button for most of it and it makes it easier.

The second level was the bane of my existence. This one was by far the most aggravating of the three and took about 40 minutes. You have to be stupidly precise. It shouldn't have taken so long though; I got to the end after like 15 minutes but jammed the right button too hard running for bandage girl and hit the very last spike. Just about blew some blood vessels in my head in response, and then proceeded to do the exact same thing like 10 minutes later.

Last level only took about 5 minutes. It's mostly just annoying...once you get the pattern it's not terribly hard.


However, I can't beat the last boss...>_>?

I get to the final room and ...he won't fall through the floor. He just stands at the side.

I looked at a youtube video and it doesn't make sense because in the video, meatboy gets to the room before dr. fetus, but when I play it, dr. fetus gets there first. Is this a glitch or am I doing it wrong or something?

@anyone into speedrunning, add me on steam if you want to compare scores in the friends leaderboards, sending "random" invites myself just gets me ignored sometimes *cough Reach cough*

And yeah "the guy" zone took me under an hour aswell, the second level descending narrow spike corridor was annoying, if you go too fast *splat* if you hesitate *splat*, but the whole thing got rather easy when you got into the groove of the spikedodging.

You can add me on steam "Iamaheron". Except for the first chapter, all of my speedruns are with meat boy because I don't feel like playing this game anymore after getting 100%. However, I believe I got some decent times, especially in cotton alley. Don't expect me to improve my scores though. I really dislike using other characters, and dislike that they count for highscores. And the 20 glitch/hacked scores for every level.

Edit: Yeah the only chapters I bothered speedrunning are 1 and 7 and a few other levels. In cotton alley all of my scores were top 100 too, 5 days ago. One or two in top 20, including glitch/hack scores. But now there's much more of these impossible scores and it's a big turnoff.
