Lol, thanks for the competition rubix. Competition pushes me to get faster times. Good fun.

I've improved most of my times by the looks of it and beaten all of yours for world 1 other than level 1 (wtf did you do there?), and tied on level 3. Most of them can be improved other than a few which are optimal within a few milliseconds at best.


World 1 is pretty easy so time trialing it is pretty fun IMO.

Will definitely be rage inducing in later worlds, especially the dark world levels.

I'm slowly going through for the sole purpose of beating Reach's times... a few of them are WTF though

Gah I think I am going to focus on just 100%ing the game first before I start taking of time trials... this is going to become rageworthy real fast

I'll probably detour back to the main quest soon, since I haven't finished the game, and then time trial later.

Missing 1 bandage in world 1 though, 99% WTF. I have no idea where it could possibly be. I've searched every level. Can anyone think of any hard to find bandages I might have missed? >_>


As for the time trials, you guys are some stiff competition I must say. I still have the record on most of the world 1 levels but I'm not sure how to improve my time on a couple of them.

I must say, because of the competition I found some pretty interesting short cuts on a bunch of levels I thought I already had optimal times on lol (level 2 for example...neat little short cut there). A couple are near world record (If we exclude 0s scores and scores with characters other than SMB).

Ahh I think I am going to do time trial competitions once I unlock all the characters. Some characters make it easier to get better times (this is my way of pussing out so I don't pull my hair out trying to beat Reach's times... for now)

Level -1? I haven't forced myself to beat that level yet though, so I'm not sure.

Oh, I haven't beaten -1, but I didn't think it had a bandage. Maybe that's where it is.

Rubix; a reset would be awesome. However, there's usually something I can fling myself into like a saw for a quick death, so it's alright.

Honestly, super meat boy is the fastest character for all of the levels in world 1 anyway as far as I can tell right now, other than one level where I was faster with the girl that floats (only because of one minor detail that allowed me to shave like 10 ms).

But then again, I don't have all of the characters unlocked, so what do I know. Missing sooo many bandages in all worlds after world 1 D: (have like 40 total I think). However, the farther I get the better I get at the game, so bandages I couldn't get before suddenly become so easy to get.

The warp zones sort of piss me off.. Especially the ones in World 2.
