I just want this one video in a video format on my computer. I don't really play a lot of halo because it is only at my house and I am away at school most of the year.
Another way you might be able to do it, if you have a bungie.net profile, go to your file share (if the video is on there) and download the video, not sure if it will be in video format though.

Nope, those files are only about 2 mb. They are replay files for the game itself. The game takes those files and rerenders everything in realtime. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to free roam at different angels during the replay.
