    Re: World of Warcraft

Just got kicked out of my guild because even though I posted a warning, it appears if you find something better to do with ur time, you are hated.

Just a note to all those that are trying to get into high end guilds. U join them, ur ass is theres and theres no exceptions. U be on or ur end content life is dead.

Guild was The Disavowed from Destromath. If you are in Destromath, plz spit on them for me. Probably quitting WOW because of this. 7-8 years of WOW is probably enough, and this isn't counting the 7+ months of beta testing I did for them

Im the main tank of a hardcore progression guild on my server, we're ranked in the top 10. I miss maybe one raid a week, sometimes two. I've never been kicked.

Wow has only been around for 4 years.

Also, this sounds a hell of a lot like a lie. I don't know of many guilds that would say "you can't run with us tonight that means you're not in the guild anymore lol bye"

In the meantime, the argent tournament is stupid. You can't do anything until Thursday morning at the earliest since you have to grind dailies with them for enough coins to actually progress through it all. You can do everything in about ten minutes, then you're done with them.

So here I am, heading to Feralas to farm for my Sprite Darter.

Edit: Gotted. That didn't take too long. About 200-300 kills.

No I'm pretty sure I no know what happened. A lot of raiding guilds are like that. Not showing up for a raid with a hardcore raiding guild is pretty much the best way to get kicked out, especially if you were online and you just decided to not go.

There is a guild I though about joining a few months ago that had a mandatory attendance rule. Like literally it was on the application; "Can you meet 90% of the raiding attendance? If not, stop here."

Ok proably the 7 years was an exaggeration. but its been like close to 5 years and something. I spent about close to year beta testing the game for blizzard. Sure feels like 7 years though.

I dont know why I would lie to you. I posted a warning saying that I was sick of WOW and I was going to take a break. I also encouraged them to demote me from raider to friend and that if I was going to raid, I would be a filler for the raid depending on who isn't on. So basically, I was kicked out of the guild because I posted a warning and because of that I didn't raid for about 3 weeks until today, which was when I was kicked.

Its seriously gay. hardcore raiding is like a homework assignment. Also our guild was casual who only raided twice a week and it was ok to miss one raid a week. But its still so retarded that the rules are so strict. I know the reasons, but still. There were tons of people that could take my position so Im not sure whats to worry about replacing my hunter char. And my loyalty was pretty absolute.

Sadly, I dont know if Ill ever see Ulduar content to be honest.

None of those facts were in your previous post. It implied:

I can't run ulduar with you.

If that was the case I would be running ulduar right now.

Yeah I remember being hardcore raiding sunwell 4 nights a week before wrath came out, I got sick of it and quit for three months.

What?! Missing 1 out of 2 raid days is strict?!

                    World servers crashed.

And, in other words, you're upset because you wanted to quit WoW until Ulduar, but you didn't want them to kick you?

                    Kay.

Waiting for our app to a SGA (small guild alliance) to be ratified so I can do more than pug 25 man naxx/ulduar etc.

Went prot/ret, havent even specced my warrior since the patch.

You shouldn't talk down to people you don't know anything about, acting like you know more and then try to show them up in the forum. That's how you get absolutely no where.

                      We crashed in Naxx.

I found out you can cheat and apply buffs on someone else before returning to your primary spec. So, I can put Earth Shield on the tank before switching back to Elemental, and it stays on him.

                      =D

Doesn't work for paladins, they must have missed it when they were doing that.

                        Paladins, priests, mages...

Priests now have the ability to learn Divine Spirit from a trainer. This is awesome. Originally it was only accessible from the Discipline tree, but we can now learn it from any priest trainer.

This now gives priests three raid buffs; Fortitude, Shadow Prot, and Spirit. =)

The "lose all your resource pool" penalty for switching specs is such a pile of crap for mana users.

Energy refills super fast, runic power and rage are built to function building from 0 at the start of the fight, mana users just have to drop everything and drink some water and hold everybody up.

Definitely the biggest drawback to my Earth Shield plan is that I have to sit and drink (twice) to get mana back before a fight. It's not such a big deal to do it during the pre-boss talk, but I doubt it has any kind of 5-man utility.

Our raid locked up on us before we got started but my healing totem was pulling 350hp every tick completely unbuffed. It can probably do 400 or more in a 10 man and even more in a 25. That's sick.
