I think it's funny that only my rogue friends are saying PVP sucks now.
You shouldn't talk down to people you don't know anything about, acting like you know more and then try to show them up in the forum. That's how you get absolutely no where.
I'm not saying you suck at pve. I'm saying that you're designed for pvp.
The reason rogues like izzy love pvp and hate pve is because rogues are designed to be an 'everything for myself' class. You can see this as evident by the complete lack of group buffs the class has to offer. Every class has group buffs except rogues.
You kick ass in pvp without even trying because you have things no class can hope to match: stealth and speed. Sure, you get destroyed if it's you vs more than one enemy, but for the most part in an open battlefield you can just pick off people one at a time and never even take damage.
My class is the exact opposite of yours. I'm designed for group buffs and not much else. I don't even attempt pvp because I have no chance. My buffs come in the form of destroyable small-range aura sticks. What hope do I have of winning? I'll stick to PVE, where the tank can keep the mobs/boss away from my totems without even trying.
So obviously I'm not going to beat a DPS class in a DPS race, but we even out because I bring unique buffs to the raid along with decent DPS.
I don't love pvp because I'm a rogue. Regardless of which character of mine i am playing I just enjoy the pvp aspect of the game more then the pve. Fast paced somewhat unpredictable combat. Pvp is not to easy as a rogue considering 60% or higher of every bg game consists of paladins, deathknights, and warriors. It makes it quite lame because you can't exactly pick any of those classes off quickly before being interuppted by a few other people.
I can potentially kill a warrior of deathknight if i had a long time to attack him 1v1 and i had most of my cooldowns remaining. I can maybe kill a paladin if i catch him with his bubble down and 75% hp or lower. Still, all you have to do is trinket out of cheapshot or kidney and you are good to go.
I have several tactics that work well when dealing with rogues in battlegrounds. If you know how to use your spells and trinkets (and you aren't retarded), they usually aren't a problem.
People find it quite funny when they see an undead rogue try to gank a holy priest, but the priest turns around and kicks his ass.
What sucks for rogues is they've still not *fixed* stealth.
Hunter's pets shouldnt be able to find you.
Same with being able to target them while they're stealthed halfway across the field.
But still, most rogues I know can dismantle any class, but they whine about not being able to because they don't get help while everyone else usually does it in a group of 2 or more.

Use trinkets, racial abilities, class abilities, everything. Me being a hunter, rogues have an impossibly hard time taking me down.
Don't have any, don't have any, don't have any, don't have anything.
Oops. Tauren shaman don't have anything.
I can war stomp, but I can't use it unless I know you're there. I wouldn't know you're there until you start hitting me, and I can't use it when stunned. So basically, I die.
Also as a ranged class I wouldn't want you to be near me in the first place so war stomp really doesn't benefit me much at all.
But I really don't care for pvp at all and have only entered battlegrounds for the sake of holiday achievements. I'm going to dread the children's week achievements, being the worst class for pvp and all. I chose a support class because I knew I wouldn't like pvp and wanted to be a beneficial class rather than just another DPS. Doesn't hurt that we're the only class that can self-rez and that we have the best buff in the game.
