    LittleBigPlanet

When I saw this game, I was confused. You build your own levels? It all looked pretty strange. So I guess its one of those manipulative-environment games, with a little puzzle game thrown in too. It looks pretty unclassifiable. Apparently, I was not the only one baffled, because so were critics and stuff. However, in EGM, I have now read that they completely LOVED the preview or whatever they played, along with many other video-game magazine/websites. The game is coming out for PS3 only, which I don't have, but it looks pretty interesting, a one-of-a-kind game. In my opinion, it looks like a game more suited for the Wii, but that's just me. It looks like PS3 may actually have one more game that stands out among its completely crappy selection. Does anyone have any info on it/plan on getting it?

    The game is amazing.

I got into the beta LUCKILY.

It's so hilarious. It's also GENIUS. The things people created in the timespan of 7 days is freaking amazing.

The game is not suited for Wii for simple reasons. First of all LBP heavily supports user created content and Mod support. Something no other console besides the PS3 has been doing Unreal Tournament 3 being the first title and LBP being the second. Both games have hugeeeee support from the community now.

Back to LBP, the game supports uploading and capturing video and images for use in LBP. Using the Playstation Eye or just any Digital Camera usb device. The Wii doesn't even do that from the Wii menu, let alone has the feature been touched in games. Wii has thee worst Online interface I've ever seen in my whole life. It's soooo ****tty it makes me cry sometimes. The Wii Online can hardly handle 4 player battles on Smash. Ugh, lets just say that if this game DID come out for the Wii(which it won't cuz its PS in house exclusive) it wouldn't have garnered the buzz it has right now. You wouldn't have made this thread, Critics wouldn't be raving about it, and fans like me wouldn't have been able to play it before the release date. It would have been a complete flop on the Wii.

Also Look at this awesome SackBoys

Your levels can have custom music,

YOU NEED TO PLAY THIS GAME. Game comes out either 21rst or 24th. The Beta just closed two days ago

              LBP delayed. Whats the reason?

              One guy. One post.

              Possible 10/27 - 11/14 release date now.

Check out the thread over at gaf.

You have no idea how pissed I am. One guy affected the world. We can't even message his PSN account cuz sony already blacklisted it to avoid more hate mail.

Deal with it. The guy did the right thing to bring this to the attention of Sony, because it's obviously something they missed. That's what beta testers are for, yeah?

Better to delay the shipment than piss off a bunch of people worldwide.

This game is awesome awesome AWESOME fun with more than one person. It's a blast single player, but multiplayer it really shines. In some of the courses, you need 2 players to clear a certain level (one player hits switches, the other advances). The way everything melds together is perfect.

Yes, I have played the full retail version. My friend got it a week early (this Tuesday) because our Wal-Mart wasn't aware of the week delay. I'm now contemplating a PS3 just for one game.
