Unreal Tournament 2004 pwns shamoo, simple as that, I've played the demo as well and it is AWESOME, it's fscking ungodly! especially with the addition of vehicles! they brought back Assault mode from the original Unreal Tournament and there's the new Onslaught Mode, which pwns I might add.

Actually, I find that the game and vehicles are trite, the graphics lacking, and the gameplay unoriginal. It's just UT2003++.

Not to mention that it's excessively large. 6 CDs or so for one game? No thanks.

You're retarded. It's not UT2003++.. if it was, I wouldn't have bought it... it's the best from both UT and UT2k3. There's a ton of original shit in here too. And how the fuck can games be totally original? The graphics are pretty sweet when beefed up.

The 6 cd install took only like 20 minutes. I can spare 5.5 gb of harddrive space too.

                Best of both?

No, compared to UT, 2004 is still shit. Sorry.

                  WE LOVESES OUR PRECIOUSSSSS!

Anyways, assuming youre done laughing, UT2004 is a great game, no matter how you feel about it being a game or a UT2003++. I rate it as I rated UT2003:
                  Awesome Ragdolls: Ownage
Awesome Voice Taunts ("Die, bitch!"): Ownage
                  Awesome Vehicles: Ownage
                  Awesome Graphics: Ownage
Reference to Goatse On One Map: Ownage
                  Awesomely Fun To Play: Winnage

It's the fun factor that counts people, not how well it's been updated. Now go slap yourself and play the game.

you want to go on fun factor?

Fine. Consider that UT has been one of the most popular games since its release.

Its more fun than ut2004, save onslaught.

I just got the demo for this game, and most likely will buy it (or pirate it, same diff). This game is excessively awesome. The vehicles handle well (even though they shamelessly rip off Halo), the Assult gameplay is unique and fun, and it feels a lot more strategic than 2003, which is pure blasting (not that it's bad, I love 2K3 as well, it's just nice to have a change).

Spending millions of dollars on a stereotypical fps game: 4 million dollars
Having it pirated for free: Priceless
Having a visa:Like having a monkey rip off your balls and shove them down your throat.

In the interest of keeping this topic going, time for subject change!

                          What's your favorite vehicle?

In the demo, I LOVE, absolutely LOVE the Scorpion. It's got one really cool weapon, that when used correctly, can really kill alot of things, it's two tight-ass blades that pop out the sides and rip people in half, and further more, it's a pretty fast vehicle for getting to places when you need to.

And in the full game, my favorite would have to beee.....ah, yes, the Human Space Fighter.

I only have the demo, so I have to pirate the full version and try that out...I really love flying the Raptors because they're just dammed fun, but in terms of effictiveness I like the Mantas. I never really use vehicles to attack people, just to get from place to place, and Mantas are easily accessable and fast, so it can get me from hotspot to hotspot very quickly. Of course the Goliaths are always useful when assulting a power core as well...

                              I saw this gif, see.

And it reminded of the ragdolls, see.

                              That is true vehicular manslaughter.
