First of all, you don't need to use the trademark and copyright symbols. You're not a corporation.

Second of all, half a second on Google® would've supplied this answer.

They aren't rumors if they're announced during the biggest video-game press conference event of the year.

And they would make a game because it sells for money.

Guitar Hero for the DS sucked but tons of people bought it. This game has a good title and they only have to put in an average amount of effort to make this game successful.

GTA and GTA2 both had ports to the Gameboy, as well as a unique game on the Advance that started out as a port of GTA3. Also notice that Nintendo is NOT AGAINST MATURE RATED GAMES. I personally think it's hilarious that someone would question a game's existence just because it is for Nintendo hardware and they think Nintendo shouldn't or won't allow violent, mature games on their platforms.
