Persona 3 - PS2

I'm totally looking forward to this game when it comes out in August 13/14th, it was delayed apparently for the extra artbook or something

i like the concept of the relationship thing they have between the main guy and the chicks

so anyone buying this game, purely because its a Shin Megami Tensei game or some other reason..

well anyway post your thoughts, hype etc for the game here

I hear it's sorta dating sim during the day and dungeon crawler during the night. But I do hear that this game has some wonderful character development during the day and that the dungeons at night, while being randomized, still are very fullfilling.

As far as the dungeon goes, I believe it is randomized except every fifth floor (boss floor). aaaaaaaaaaaaaand, uuuh, I guess as long as they haven't taken out the shooting-yourself-to-summon-creatures feature I'll be very super interested.

It seems to be getting good reviews, but I'm completely unfamiliar with Shin Megami Tensei, I've never played a single one, so I feel like I'd kind of be in the dark, unless the stories are unrelated, ala FF.
