Heh... Max booster for sure. Get soul arrow to at least 10. Then do what you want with other points. I did arrow blow for kb, and it really does help out a lot. Focus... I don't know. The 4th job skill seems relatively useless just because by that time, you have puppet and hawk. Stun+sniping means you will hardly ever get hit. Which is why I didn't really get focus. Why take a chance with more avoid if you can keep the enemies away with kb from Arrow blow? Ehh, it's really up to you though. You don't need to worry about it until 6x though if you're going faless.

      Re: MapleStory

What 4th job are you guys even ****ing talking about? I keep up on 4th job stuff and that doesn't sound familiar at all. Also, if you think about it, Focus is dumb because bless overrides it. I would max Arrow Blow AND Mastery. A more important 4th job skill is advanaced mastery, which requires maxed 2nd job mastery. It's just 1 point to put in, so it's no big deal, and it means you won't need to throw out a 4th job point on it.
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.

        The xbow skill Blind.

        rossbow Master: Blind /K:블라인드 /J:ブラインド
        Type: Active
Description: For a period of time, shoot arrows that can inflict darkness on enemies for 5 seconds.
Max Level 30: 40% success rate, 180 seconds buff duration.
Comment: When Blind is casted, Crossbow Masters can inflict the "Darkness" or blind status on monsters that are hit by any of their attacks, including Ice Eagle.

          Re: MapleStory

That doesn't boost your avoid. Also, having more avoid wouldn't help that skill very much. Think of the Jr. Boogie skill that blinds you. That xbow skill does the exact same thing, but to enemies. I've seen an xbowman video where he stands in the middle of monsters using Arrow Eruption. They all get affected by blindness and the xbow guy just kept getting missed constantly. Not just some of the time, EVERY SINGLE HIT missed, even ranged shots. 20 more avoid won't matter. Plus, by 4th job everybody will want to party archers, so you'll get bless from priests, so focus will be overriden.

Also, if you've never played a 3rd job archer, let me warn you: TONS OF KEYS. It's not at all like a mage. I ran out of room on my keyboard, just about, when I played a Ranger. Getting Focus means one more skill on your keyboard, one more buff to keep track of, and a little more MP used. It's annoying and not worth it. Arrow Blow helps by giving consistent KB, which can really help save your life, which is more important than doing more damage with DS sometimes.

qfe. You really don't know how crammed keyboards can get with rangers... And now I have even less room because I smashed Hawk somewhere on there haha. I'll take a pic of my skills later. I'm a bit busy at the moment.

PS: I completely forgot bless added avoid. If you think about it, 20 avoid doesn't do very much then. Compare your archer with bless and without it. You can hardly notice a difference. Actually, I would probably max soul AND booster first, then add your extra points in to arrow blow. 15 or so arrow blow is enough to kb a lot more constantly then ds.

I only use Heal, SR, bless, invinc, HS. Other skills are on the board, but they're hardly ever used.

Yeah, I want it. I've always wanted a legitimate sin, but I knew I'd be too lazy to get one to level 40. Level 31 is very close, so yes, I want it badly :P

                          PMed you already.

I'd make a semi-legit one, but you know how that works, I could get banned while playing legitimately. This is why you NEVER, EVER hack after playing legitimately on the same account, or play legitimately on a hacked one and expect to remain as it is. You're less likely to get banned, but even so.

                            eBay Delists Virtual Items
12:41 PM | Eddie Park | Comment on this story

A recent article by Slashdot notes that auction giant eBay has started delisting all sales of virtual items from its site. These items include currency, items, and character accounts, which eBay no longer supports due to legal issues:

Mr. Hani Durzy, speaking for eBay, explained that the decision to pull these items was due to the 'legal complexities' surrounding virtual property. "For the overall health of the marketplace" the company felt that the proper course of action, after considerable contemplation, was to ban the sale of these items outright. While he couldn't give me a specific date when the delistings began, he estimated that they've been coming down for about a month or so.

Durzy adds that the action is an enforcement of an existing policy concerning ownership, rather than a newly created one. He adds that initial offenders will not be penalized in any way, though repeat offenders will have their accounts removed.

The sale of virtual commodities for real money has been a hot-button topic in the world of online gaming, and eBay's decision to disallow such sales removes a particularly large marketplace, particularly for those entites known as RMT (Real Money Traders). While there are still plenty of ways to purchase virtual items directly from sellers such as IGE, eBay's silent declaration that it considers virtual property to be the property of game makers speaks pretty loudly.

Slashdot first confirmed the policy on Friday (http://games.slashdot.org/article.pl...01/26/2026257). Cnet followed with an article on Monday stating that eBay was making an exception for Second Life (http://news.com.com/2061-10797_3-6154277.html).
Even if you find a place to sell it, you probably won't get nearly as much.
