And you will hate Grupins when you're STILL there.
But in case you didn't understand what I was saying: I never used MP pots at Grupins. NEVER. And I trained with MG on most of the time. I gained over a million every level (without drops) because of this. I EQed the tails, too, because it gives mana elixers and white pots as rewards, which I would be buying anyway. I actually had such a surplus of pots in my 60s that I'd go fight werewolves to get rid of them or give them to newby characters of mine.
Oh and btw, they also drop icicles, not just tobis. Had I sold all the icys I got instead of giving them to me 2X sin, I'd be a few million richer, haha. =P
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.
But I use mana pots with MG off, I just cast a lot and have very low MP Eater. I gain over a million per level assuming I don't get any equipment, and I level every 5 hours. You may gain more per level, but I'll level faster, so I may end up gaining more money per hour :P
But man, in terms of EQing, Mana Elixers? I never use those, I use the Sundae because it heals 2,000 and I have 3,xxxMP, and I don't like to mana pot often. Screws? Worthless to me, I'm not going out of my way to resell them. Salads, well, I can resell them for 4,200 mesos, so no big deal if I get them. Scroll for Cape for Weapon Def. (10%)? I might as well drop it on the ground. No one's wasting a cape on that ****.
I think I'll continue to sell them to the store, because mana pots only heal 300, and you only get 15 of them per 100 tails. Dude, that's like, freakin' 2.25 Sundaes per 100 tails. I'd do that if they had a 100% drop rate on tails, but they don't.
I'm better off just selling them to the store than hoping to get lucky and get some crap. If the odds are equal on all of the items, then I'd be averaging 3,740.2 mesos per 100 horns, rather than 5,000. It'd be okay if people actually wanted the cape scroll, but they don't.
And yeah, I'll hate Grupins in 5 levels, so I'll move on to something else. Grupins are already easy. I compared my damage to a level 69's, there was only about 300 in difference. And yeah, he was the same class. Maybe he just built his wrong, or something.
And I practically never miss them, I hit them probably 19/20 out of 20 times, so accuracy's not a problem.
EDIT: I know they drop icicles, but I like tobis more <.< They sell for more, anyway.
But you have an AoE attack, and those are really, really fun(in my opinion). You also have a normal attack, like we do, except it freezes.
---
Played for about 20 minutes. Tobis and a lvl 50 archer robe(male) dropped, worth 95K to the NPC. Tobis dropped after 3 minutes, archer robe after 11.
How many times must I tell you. Everything gets old eventually. Even those really fun AoE attacks.
And for the record, the chance of getting each thing is not equal. You'll just about never get the cape scroll.
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

Bullcrap >.< I wanted my priest for the release of AR dungeon. T_T
People are going to be pissing having this get released without their verification codes in. O_o
Maybe by some wild chance I will get my code tonight and get to play tomorrow. =D *doubts*

Yeah, I figured that, considering it's a scroll. That's kinda a good thing though, because it's completely useless. Honestly, I bet I'd have trouble selling it for 10K. But still, I like the stability of money flow coming from just selling them. If I get particularly greedy, I'll just sell them in the store thing I bought, which people will probably buy, since they buy horns for 100 each.
Played for a little less than an hour.
Another 240K in an hour(talking about money not EXP rofl). The money's pretty good. Also, the tobis that dropped are shown in the screenshot. I notice I have some useless items, but I never really have a problem with my "use" slot, anyway.
And Afro, the Aqua Road dungeon seems interesting. If it comes out, we should meet up and mess around in it. I'm sure even I could kill a few things there.
Uhh, what?

Got to 73%, and tried a new method of training. I ended up getting less EXP and money, so it's a pretty crappy method that I'm going to trash. I only profitted 39K(so now I'm at 1,740K), got no drops(well that's bad luck), and got 13% in the hour I trained. No way am I doing that again.
But hey, if you make new mistakes, you have something to learn from.
--- How much are Tobis worth? Basilmarket is down for me, and I'd really like this question answered. I'd estimate about 1mil based on their power and quantity, but I can never know for sure unless I ask.
