The run took so long because 70% of it was 2 NLs and 8 DrKs attacking.... My stars ran out just as the last head was dead (only mp draining arm remaining, which also mass seduces @ 50% and less hp). 4 hours and 15 minutes. The start was chaos when the legs and tail were alive... Wow.... I don't know how we got through that.

Also: why the hell would 150+ Bishops have anything major to gain from heavy HP equipment? I'm barely over halfway through 12x and I already have as much survivability as is required of a Nightlord to get through Horntail WITHOUT touching HP equipment OR HB.

Also: that's still gay as hell. They are using Dragon, so obviously they are trying to help with damage, but who cares if people are covered? They're going to be covered regardless, I say.

But seriously, please tell me that you aren't taking away a Bishop's only real way of helping damage by a full-on ban on them just because they make it a bit harder to see yourself. And don't give me **** about I could still use Summon Dragon, because that thing is a pile of **** and costs not only 5k mesos way more often than it should for how little damage it does, but also costs me having to go out of my way to allocate and ensure that I have space for Summoning rocks. And Mages... ugh. First people scared ****less of their fullscreen AoEs because they have **** computers, now summons are too big and cover up other players? Do you guys making metarules for boss runs hate Mages as much as the developers?

MTS will be available now. For those who don't know, this is a system where player's can buy in game items from players by paying them with the currency used in cash shop (which is obtained by purchasing with real dollars). Player's put their items up for sale for a certain amount of NX points, and other players can give those points in exchange for the item. One side gets items, the other gets "free" cash shop currency.

I can't wait to see how this affects things. Should effectively kill meso sellers (because, why go to hackers to buy mesos when you can just buy a few sets of legit ilbis and sell for mesos in game), but aside from that, I'm interested in seeing how the exchange rate works out and whether it maintains itself in the range that the current hacker-based exchange rate works or if it'll shift.

ps there's probably a few other things which aren't going to be noticeable. The patch notes say:

- Client Optimized for faster loading
- Subway Timer for New Leaf City/Kerning City is now active

But we all know how effective them "optimizing" things will probably turn out. There's probably some interesting hidden data as well, but as of right now I don't think it's been extracted yet.

EDIT: been extracted. Looks like the only thing worth noticing is that THEY ADDED SHOWA MAPS. Freaking stupid, because even if they don't want us going there, those milks that we've had for ages will let us regardless, so long as the map is in our data.

EDIT: The map that milks work for is DEFINITELY there, so the milk should work. The downside is that despite the map being there, there is no string data for it, so likely absolutely no interacting with NPCs in Showa.

EDIT: now they're saying that the strings were present all along, even before the patch. But they're not saying WHAT strings. I would guess that it's limited to things like map names, because I am pretty darn sure that things such as NPC dialogs and quest information for Showa was never in our data.

Nexon destoryed the game. Not only did they ruin Cash Shop AND their new Trading system, but basically every aspect of the game is ruined. Many people can't even log in to their main character, but can log into mules just fine. Others are constantly DCing for no reason. All Magician attacks are cut by a factor of about 1000, but their damage displayed still shows the same. Apparently, all Magician attacks also DC ANYONE NEAR THEM WHEN USED, other than the user themself.

Oh and you know how I was talking about Showa? Yeah, you can go there, but you can't do anything, all of the NPCs don't work, which means no Sauna or Dungeon, which also means the only maps with monsters are the low nub **** areas leading from Mushroom Shrine into Showa.

The only part I didn't like about maple story was the 2d thing. But then again, I can't really find another way that'd be better....
