yes its sad truth for me Wiis everywhere are getting shipped back because they had a "problem" with the remote strap i just cant think about how u can break somethin while wearing the srap (unless they never wear it then its thier fault) well i guess this re call have been goin on for a couple of weeks i guess (www.wiihaveaproblem.com check this site out to learn more about damages by using the Wii) oh well either way im not givin back my Wii i worked hard for it waiting in line for countless hours until the day finally came. oh well since im on a Wii topic might as well talk about it more
i seen people put cool skins on it like a NES lookin Wii ( it was pretty sick) hmm looks like i dont use the stand anymore ever since i started to play my GCN games on it. The Wii sling backs were kind cool ( i got one but it was the normal one i wanted the Legend of Zelda sling bag) but the skins for the remote were kinda expensive.... i wonder if anyone uses the weather channel anyways.. well part of my new years resolution is to play the Wii more ( im always getting side tracked by playin Elite Beat Agents) i tought it was pretty cool how u can use the Wii to play Gamecube games whats even cooler is that u can buy old school games online and play them on ur Wii ( i havent tried it yet i still have to buy those Wii points card) well i guess thats all have have to say about the Wii i will close this with a qoute from Shigeru Miyamoto, Hiroshi Yamauchi, and Satoru Iwata:
"Nintendo is the company which makes the most innovative products. I am not sure that I would be able to make games like that elsewhere. At Nintendo I can make the games which I want." - Shigeru Miaymoto
"The DS represents a critical moment for Nintendo's success over the next two years. If it succeeds, we rise to the heavens, if it fails, we sink into hell." - Hiroshi Yamauchi about Nintendo's future
"Our competitors are always saying that Nintendo is just for children. To counter that, what we really need to do is explain to customers and potential customers [that we do not just make games for kids]." - Satoru Iwata ( Comentary: Resident Evil an example for a game not for kids - Jed
)
