When it comes to character, Kefka is definitely the better boss, but if you just take it in terms of the boss fight, it was just pathetic. I do like Kefka better though

Sadly, i cant find 8 anywhere....still working on 7 and will most likely pick up 12 so there wont be much time to play thru all of 8, especially with college and all, but i heard omega was amazing (my friend beat it). I might as well post what I already have down in my list (most are subject to change)
10: Bowser (Mario 64)
9: Sigma (Megaman X)
8:Ganon (Zelda OOT)
7: Mother Brain (Super Metroid)
6:Culex (Mario RPG)
5:The End (MGS3)
4:Sephiroth (KH or KH2) {Might remove or replace with FF7}
3:Magus (Chrono Trigger) {Might move back more}

Kane from C&C. Not really a boss, but he is the arch-villain.

Ah, the good old days, when C&C games had good storylines and awesome cutscenes and such. I miss those days. =(

What moron changes a cool evil name like Dr. Robotnik to a retarted one like the ****ing eggman. I mean seriously EGGMAN! WORST NAME EVER.

Dr. Ivo Robotnik was the name used in the Western area during the original Sega Genesis game releases. He was always called Eggman in Japan, and apparently some legal issue forced them to call him Eggman in Sonic Adventure.

Besides, I don't see how a name makes someone a bad character.

Let's say that you were talking with a friend, and the topic went onto video games. You could say that you beat a boss named Dr. Robotnik, and it'd sound like he was really hard to beat. Now, if you said you beat Eggman, that would sound like you beat a little *** of a boss.

Ok. You fight them earlier in the game. 3 on 3. Took me about an hour or two. It was hard. I had a character die almost every other round.

Being that it's an RPG, they don't die at the end of the fight. Of course not. They escape.

Later in the game, you fight them again. It took me about an hour or two again to win. The game removes one of your strongest abilities in the game that only randomly shows up 10% of the time if you manage a full combo. Not much of a loss.

They thought it was a loss, because they made you do the entire battle over again with that ability re-enabled. That was another two hours. No break in-between.

Oh, and while you only get one turn per round, they each get two. So, you're defending six times and attacking three. And by "attacking" I mean healing your friends and hoping you don't die. Oh, they can heal too. And they do. Often. And they get two turns per round each, so they can heal twice in a round. Per character.

Let me tell ya, I certainly had fun.

Holy crap. Four hour boss battle. This game is turn-based, but there are no breaks in battle. There's a timer on moves.

Abyssion only took me half an hour. Sword Dancer 3 only took half an hour. Those were real-time. It was intense.

BUT FOUR HOURS. HOLY CRAP.

Mikumari from Xenosaga Episode II. Took me two hours to kill it, and it's a 2 on 1 fight, with him being half as fast as either mech. Each of his attacks nearly kills both mechs at any given time. His amount of HP is retarded (Xenosaga-wise) and the fight goes along the lines of "You damaged Mikumari. He increases his parameters," everytime you cause any significant damage. He's so ridiculously strong that he actually has to take pity on you and heal you himself for sport.

I hate Xenosaga.

The Wolf from Stronghold. The game is hard as it is, and I suck at RTS, but I never did beat that jackass. It's a good thing they toned him down in S. Crusaders.

probably something from devil may cry 3 cause that game is harder than hell on the higher difficulties. i still have yet to beat the boss halfway through the game.
