    Tottally Bored... Help me out

    I am looking for a PC game that I can play FREE and OFFLINE. No demos I hate demos. I've went to windows marketplace and got wolfenstien (or whatever) but it won't work on my laptop. Amercan's Army is online as well. Help please.
    Oh and by the way NOTHING ILLEGAL. thanks

      A lot of things aren't going to work on your labtop if it has hardware that isn't good enough to run them.

      Edit: I mean your graphics card/processor.

          Post your computer specs and we'll see what we can do, if you don't know how to do that, click start, right click on "My Computer" and let the thing load. After about 30 sec-a minute, the information will appear, type it out for us.

          I'd recommend GunZ, but I dunno if your computer's really up to it. About the same graphical quality of Wolfenstein: ET and Return to Castle Wolfenstein. I think lower quality than America's Army, but I only really played America's Army for about 10 minutes before I decided I hated it badly.

              Cavestory. I forget the link, but somebody will find it for you I'm sure. Hell, search the forums here for Cavestory and you'll find the download link. It's completely not online at all.

              You could also get Soldat. I forget the site for that, too, but Google soldat and it oughta be the first thing to pop up. You can play it online or with bots. I wouldn't say it really counts as a demo, since everything except purely aesthetic changes are in the game you can download.
              So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

              In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

              So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
              And I write the blog for their website.

              Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

                                          Little fighter 2, its a nice little fighting game to kill some time, you can also download various versions from the internet. Enjoy.

                                                      Touhou shooter demos, lol.

                                                      I'm a fan of N. It's a good simplistic platformer that runs through Flash.

                                                      Jetpak is pretty neat too.

                                                      Just google them all. For N, though, you might want to search for "N game".

                                                          Sorry everyone I haven't been online in a while. Now that I have the internet again (all the time) I can play Gunz (I just need to remember how to play :P)

                                                          I will also check out the other games you all suggested. I have another post but since I forgot I had this thread and I'm here are there any music based games (Other than Stepmania and o2Jam)?
