Does anybody here play BF2?

Besides me and Nick, that is. I play it with my roommate all the damn time, and it's awesome. The only problem with BF2 is that EA owns it, so it's kinda buggy just like all of EA's crap, but aside from that it's awesome.

Anywho, my point is: I like playing games with people I know. If you ever see [rofl]DiabloLoco, that's me. My roommate has a [rofl] tag next to his sn, too, and you'll prolly see one of us if you see the other. We play lots of the 24/7 Karkhand servers, in case you wanna keep an eye out for us.

So, if any of the rest of you play BF2 (or any of the booster packs) please let me know sometime on AIM and I might play you. Btw, BF2 is one of the few FPS games I don't suck at, so if you've played me at CS, don't expect me to suck as bad as that. xD

Basically, it shows all the stats you can view in-game (and more) without having to start up BF2 and log in. ALSO, it shows where the person you're looking at is playing, so you can look for people you know and join the game they're in. This helps since EA is retarded and didn't add a buddy list or anything for BF2.

BF2 is so ridiculously better you wouldn't even believe it. Go get the demo and be shocked by how different it is from the BF1942-era stuff.

We'v been around for like 4 years. after the first 2 years the gaming kind of died down, but we're back and playing some CS and BF2.

The 1.2 patch blew hard(I think that was the version). I play at my fathers from time to time, I'm not great at it. Tps222 is my in-game name.

Chromer: BF2 can't be more than 50 bucks. Prolly lower now. Only issue is if you'd have to pay out the ass to upgrade your comp to handle it.

siikdude and anybody else: Name on BF2 is DiabloLoco. Look me up on bf2s.com to see what all I've done. Working on getting all my veteran combat badges, but the 15 hour requirement is lame (you can mouse over any badge to see the requirements). I've gotten 20+ kills with all the kits in a single round, I just need to get 15 hours first. But yeah, I'm Gunnery Sergeant now. I just gotta play a ton more to rank up. XD

EDIT: TPS, you mean the anti-air, pro-MG patch that made aircraft crappy and PKMs retardedly good? They fixed it a little with a followup patch, but it's not that bad. Having played with and against PKMs, it's more that people are good than that PKMs are super. And I've owned ass in helicopters before and after the patch, you just have to be more careful about AA turrets.

Oh, and Grandia, I don't blame you. They kinda ruined C&C by taking over Westwood, and they suck ass at patching. Pretty much all the flaws with BF2 come directly from EA being a corporation that's out to make money, not to make games. BF2 is still fun, though.
