I agree with Anticrombie, but he's right and wrong. He's right because the PSP can be portable web browsing, like a pocket PC. He's wrong because if I am somewhere else, I have to make sure there is a public or private router in the area around me. For example: I can browse the web at home or at a Wi-Fi Hotspot (cafes, game-zones, etc.), but not anywhere. But don't let your hopes down. I read in Popular Sci. that if you have a solar-powered backpack (yes, they do exist at www.voltaicsystems.com), a EV-DO PCMCIA card (www.verizonwireless.com), and a Junxion Box wireless gateway (www.junxionbox.com), and if you did the PSP hack, you can browse the net anytime, anywhere, anyplace (not really you have to be outside). *longest post ever posted*
